It’s taken us some time to understand what our options were and what we wanted, and she’s masterfully supported us while giving us the room to go through the process at our own pace and in our own way. When there are 20 offers coming in on a house, you don’t want to overbid and yet you want to make sure that if you’re not the top bidder, you’ll get the sellers to talk to you instead of just a flat rejection. She’s done that for us multiple times. She’s a busy agent, out there full-time doing showings, running open houses, making offers and taking offers, and so she’s really tapped into what’s happening with the market with very low latency. She’s highly literate when it comes to the minutiae of language in offers and other communications, and thinks like a good lawyer. In a busy market you won’t get a chance to do a home inspection. Anastasia is not a home inspector, but she knows a lot about what to watch out for, she’s meticulous and has a great eye for detail. She’s noticed things in houses which we didn’t, and things we didn’t know we should’ve been looking for. We’ve asked her for advice on a staging and selling strategy for a relative and had a chance to see how she approaches things on the selling side. She really does know her stuff and, as a seller, I’d hire her in a heartbeat. To sum it up, we couldn’t possibly be more pleased. Anastasia is awesome.
