Davin went above and beyond with his services and knowledge base. Pointing out things that most people would miss in a standard walk through of a home. He did an excellent job of helping us figure out a budget for our first house purchase and was able to filter out places we would not be interested in or were out of our price range which really helped with the search. Davin is simply the best! So easy to work with and goes above and beyond. Once we found our new rental home he took it upon himself to make sure the grass was cut, the unit was clean and ensured our dog was agreeable to the lease. Moving to a new city we were unsure about the gas and hydro so he also took it upon himself to initiate that for us as well. He had our best interests in mind the entire time.
